  The driver took an hour to pick myself and my son up from a car dealership less than 2 mi down the road. He was informed numerous times I had an infant with me in a car seat, they sent him in a pickup truck. When we arrived at Enterprise he proceeded to pull in diagonally taking up two handicap spots. I thought at first he was just going to let me out Andre park the car however he left the car there for the entire time I was there.
