  Took my suv here in Jan. 2016 had a 9am appt. Finally called at 6:30pm to check on it they said they had about 20 mins. left to finish up. I finally got my car back at 7pm. It was dark when I picked it up. I told them I had a scratch they said they could remove it. The scratch wasn't removed but I was charged extra. My car is black the next day there was swirl marks all over it was awful. I took iit to another detail shop to show them they couldn't believe I had had my car professionally detailed. Never again I learned a lesson the hard way.
