    Horrible customer service. When I told the manager of the men’s department that my experience was so bad that I no longer wished to shop at Macys or purchase other products from them, his only response was “that’s understandable” and offered me no compensation or help for the incompetence I had experienced with Macys customer service and employees and only offered to return the suit I had purchased. I will never be shopping at Macys again!

    Well I read all the reviews on bad customer service, so I needed to sign in and give credit to the housewares Dept ! Service with a smile and small talk. Visibly enjoys her job and greeted EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER AT HER REGISTER. Didn’t catch a name unfortunately. Made my experience pleasurable during the holiday hustle.
