    Imagine storing ALL your belongs while you take the trip of lifetime for several months. You set up automatic credit card billing and give clear instructions to contact you only by email. Then you come home to find they auctioned everything you own in the world because THEY changed their billing system, THEY hadn't stored your credit card info to put into the new system, they DIDN'T email you as instructed, and they DIDN'T reply when you emailed them.

    That is what Pelandale Storage did to me. Lawsuit pending. My lifetime possessions are gone forever. They lied to me on multiple occasions, they were negligent and inept, and they are just awful, awful human beings. They deserve negative 5 stars.
