I have gotten 2 piercings from here. And both turned out great. How ever the people they have at the front desk know NOTHING about piercings. Every question I asked they gave me the same answer "i don't have it pierced I don't know". I could care less if you have the same piercing but if you work at a piercing shop I expect you to have knowledge on piercing. When I asked about plugs and a certain size they just looked at me like I was talking crazy. The girl couldn't figure out how to use my gift card and I had to wait extra ling because she kept asking the piercer to come out and help her.

I have came here twice to get my septum and nostril pierced and I do not know the name of the wonderful lady who did them for me but she has really rad hair, anyways she did an amazing job, did my septum in the correct place and it barely hurt at all just as she said and did my nostril perfectly which hurt a little more and she did inform me that it will most likely be more painful than my septum was. I am coming back here to get all my future piercings done by her she does amazing work and gives good advice and makes the whole experience very enjoyable. :)
