  I brought my car here last month to get all my windows tinted. I was told by the lady behind the counter and Tony (the owner), that he stands behind all his work, and the tint has a lifetime warranty. After all the windows were tinted, Tony told me the bubbles in the film would go away in the next few days. 1 week goes by and there are still a lot of bubbles on my rear window where the dot matrix is. I call the shop and inform them about what I see and I'm told they can fix it with a piece of vinyl for $30. I told the lady on the phone no I should not have to pay for their poor installation and she tells me to bring the car by after 1 more week if the bubbles are still there. 1 weeks later it still looks exactly the same so I head over to the shop. Tony examines the window and tries to squeegee the bubbles out. He tells me, "there you go, that's as best as it's going to get"...as if he fixed the problem (it looked exactly the same). I told him there is still a problem and it needs to be fixed. He told me he can fix it for $25 now instead of the usual $40. Yes $25 is not a big deal, but I should not have to pay for their poor installation when Tony "stands behind his work". I asked asked Tony why the bubbles did not go away after a few days and he said this was air and not moisture so it will never go away on its own. I asked again how can a window be tinted like then I have to pay for the repair? His exact reply was "it was my fault that I drove off after installation" (even though I was told to give the bubbles a few days). Tony does not stand behind his work and still did not want to fix it unless I paid. I took pictures but it is very hard to capture on camera. The bubbles are very obvious in person. Be aware of his "standing behind his work"
